"Staff members were excellent, good breakfast and the rooms very clean. The only negative was that my room didn’t have a refrigerator to keep my medicine that required refrigeration, I had to give it to the front desk every day to keep it in the refrigerator for me. Other rooms had a refrigerator ."

"Great location. As many other stated, doesn't feel like a true 4 star hotel. Room is ok for one, bathroom concept lacks privacy. It's an older building so you do hear your neighbors from time to time. Staff is helpful. Having your luggage stored costs 2 euro per piece."

"The room was very clean, but basic with no tea or coffee facilities except in the lobby at a cost. We were there for a week with no room cleaning (informed at check-in) Breakfast was excellent, location excellent, comfortable walking distance to trains, bus and tram. Netto shop a few minutes walk for snacks and drinks and lots of restaurants in easy walking distance."

"Modern hotel in a great central location for many tourist attractions. Plenty of bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Room was compact but clean, comfortable and quiet. Decent shower but towels had seen better days. No tea/coffee facilities in room was a downside. Aircon seemed to be centrally controlled which given the heatwave would have been useful to have been cranked up a bit. Breakfast buffet good quality and fair value"

"Hôtel qui semble un peu défraîchi à l’extérieur mais très bien entretenu à l’intérieur. Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable. Nous avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners à l’hôtel et le choix du buffet était très impressionnant. Ça vaut la peine de réserver les déjeuners avec la chambre c’est encore moins cher. Nous avons aussi dîner sur place et c’était délicieux. L’hôtel est très bien servi avec les autobus. J’y retournerais sans hésiter."

"This is my all time favorite place to stay in Berlin. Close to potsdamerplatz so there is easy access to food, shopping, transportation. I like the food hall in the Playce. Everything in walking distance. Even at rush hour, this area still feels manageable and calm. If you want a more dynamic atmosphere, you should stay elsewhere. The hotel is superb. Always clean and very modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like a clean modern aesthetic and this hotel meets this criteria at a very reasonable price."
