「Absolutely love!!! 110% recommend. I was a little nervous with it being north of the bay, but it was still very convenient. The room was gorgeous! The entire property was very well maintained. My only recommendation is music at the pool.」

「This place charges $50 to check in an hour early. I had three rooms for my family and I to stay. Not one of the TV’s ever worked. Front desk blamed the weather and Satellite dish. It never rained a drop the 20 hours we stayed there. All three rooms had very loud A/C units when they kicked on. Overall, I was not impressed one bit. The Hyatt Place in Biloxi MS. has been removed from our list of hotels.」

「We stayed in a King ocean view suite! Great view of the ocean and the 4th of July fireworks. They do go all night! The breakfast was great, freshly made scones were amazing.」

「The hotel was okay. We had to switch rooms due to the bed having stains on the sheets and being right beside the ice machine which was very loud. The walls are not very insulated, so you could hear everything. The staff was nice and quickly got us a new room.」

The location couldn't have been better it's directly across from the beach and just minutes from great restaurants, shopping, and Edgewater Mall, making everything incredibly convenient. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions. Just a friendly heads-up: there is a $100 refundable room deposit required at check-in. 「Excellent hotel in Biloxi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nice amenities and very clean. Nice to be able to walk on the pier and enjoy the water. The Non-smoking casino was also a plus. Very close to restaurants and entertainment venues.」

「My daughter found several bugs on her bed and pillow. Showed pic to front desk but did not express guilt or desire to comp room charge or partial credit. Moved to another room. Smell of pungent marijuana was everywhere. Staff was in parking lot all smoking. When they walked in from the lot the smell was so overwhelming. Needless to say our stay was less than pleasant for $245 a room.」

「Our stay was probably one of the worst we have ever experienced. The hallways, as well as our room, was filled with pot smoke all weekend. There wasn’t enough water pressure to take a shower. NONE. We had to go to a friend’s home to shower. I do not recommend !!!」
