「Parking was easy and secure. The Bell men were so helpful and friendly. We won at the Casino and the food at the Den ( 9th floor ) was my favorite.」

「Not much shopping nearby except a women’s clothing store in the casino. We smelled smoke that must have been coming through the vents so it stank a lot even though it was a non smoking room. The room was nice and modern. No microwaves though. 」

「I booked this place because of the cleanliness reviews I kept seeing. HAIR ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE! Under the sheets, all over the floor, in the shower, imbedded in the towels…. everytime I used a lint roller I found new hair that wasn’t mine. Absolutely disgusting! I also had to kill two bugs within the first few hours of our stay. Completely disappointed. 」

「Room especially bathroom was dirty. Losts of rust throughout the room. Bugs seen. Everywhere we went smelled of weed. Had a problem with key not working and the guy that was sent to help was very rude. The ladies on Sunday were very nice to help us out but the night before being on second flood with no elevator was a pain going up and down stairs with hurt back and hip and having to get someone to keep unlocking the door. The breakfast Buffett was good. I wouldn’t stay here again」
