「Awful place they gave away my two rooms but wouldnt give my friend back a refund on her room which would have forced her to stay there alone because again they gave away my families two rooms..Then refused to refund her and told her she can't have visitors nor can she go room to room if we were to stay there..Then the check in karen said she'd have any car parked there visiting towed away...I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM A DIME」

「When yo have a group renting 15-20 rooms, Best Western should have given the banquet room for a reduced rate for that group. But because they didn’t our group discussed it and probably won’t book the rooms again for the next function.」

「Room needs lots of updates. No sports stations on TV. Cable system certainly needs to be updated. Check in was standing outside while a window was opened and clip board was passed through. Very impersonal.」

「This is a clean, well maintained and nicely themed hotel in a safe location in Hamilton. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Baci. That was also nicely designed, clean and good food and service. Wishing we could book another day in June, but that date is fully booked:(.」
