「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「Mold everywhere at this place. The mold on the walls inside of the bathroom facility in the pool was absolutely horrendous. There were mold spores from the ceiling to the floor in that bathroom. Our tub didn’t drain so five minutes into your shower, you were standing over ankle deep in water. The hours of the pool listed were incorrect according to the front desk staff; it wasn’t opened as late as it said it was online.
