「This was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Norman and his staff were absolutely phenomenal and extremely accommodating. 「I checked in and immediately noticed that the bed sheets weren’t changed so I told the lady at the front desk and the housekeeping supervisors handled right away! I stayed for 3 nights and my bed sheets were changed everyday after that! I appreciated it. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet, the entire staff were very friendly and polite. I saw other reviews about roaches but I didn’t see one during my stay.」
