"We love tennis and planned for a game every morning. This is probably the only hotel that has 3 great indoor courts. The room was very roomy. Location was superb! Summer Palace was also great!"

"Although not in the heart of the city but the location was perfect for us. It was from the hustle and bustle of Wangfuching however you were only 20min ride from the hotel and you were close to the metro station. Plenty to do in the area and plenty of restaurants to choose from. I loved my stay here and the staff were great and helpful. Can’t wait to go back! "

"Ladies at the executive lounge are very attentive to guests' needs. Swimming pool and gym were world class. They just changed their beds and were too firm (almost hard like many hotel beds in Asia) but the room director assured us that they will get softer and plusher beds to meet guests' needs in future. So email them to arrange for plush beds if you need them."
