I even lost my phone in the taxi that dropped us off, and the staff went above and beyond to help me track down the driver and get it back. Would 100% recommend! It was also pretty close to the airport and there was shopping and food right next door. "

The spa and gym are attached but not a hotel gym. It’s a Beijing gym and is world class. On 4th AND 5th floor of hotel. Great to relax after walking the city! "

I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. I also wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Ritz-Carlton."
