If you feel tired, you can try peninsula massage and spa, it was really good. However, our highlight is their staff! The staffs in Peninsula Beijing have gone above and beyond to assist our stay. We got into an accident right before our flight back and the staff even accompany us to the Beijing hospital, helping us navigate everything. I...

「Very satisfied with our stay, travelled with family. We booked a room with washing machine and stove/microwave/fridge. Very convenient location, few mins walk to shopping mall and metro. A lot of food places and convenience stores nearby. Also received nail polish and lashes extension treatment downstairs beauty salon. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, comfortable bed and massive bathroom. Always ordered food delivery and have robots delivered up. Easy communication with staff via WeChat.」

「The hotel did an unauthorized charge a week before the arrival. Moreover, it was supposed to be "reserve now pay later". It took us much time and effort to stop the charge with the credit card company. The front desk staff, especially the one who did the check-in, was unprofessional and unfriendly. Many things didn't seem right about this hotel...too many...and it's supposed to be under IHG. The only thing that we were happy about was the breakfast. The room side and facilities were a disaster....
