A must place to stay for a hostel. Awesome!

Excellent place, environment, very clean and very convenient and quiet location. Next to Magic city, the Miami Design District and only minutes from Wynwood, Downtown Miami/Brickell and Miami Beach. Very close to all the major highways as well

Poorly Described Facilities, Bad Neighborhood

We had no idea what we were staying in a hostel with shared bathroom and other common facilities. The facility was in a neighborhood so bad that our Uber driver advised us to get inside ASAP.

I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed my time! Property is exactly as shown and described. Can't beat the price and I had to book a week in advance, so I appreciate the flexibility. The area is not very walkable, so I found one food spot I ate at both nights. I took the bus to and from here, but I imagine parking would also be easy to find in this area. Host was prompt in giving me access codes prior to my check-in. My only question to the host was whether I could check out on time, but claim luggage from somewhere on the property a few hours later in the afternoon (I had to attend class all day). I was told that this would not be possible and offered no explanation. This had never been an issue anywhere else I've stayed, so it stands out to me. Otherwise, great value for the price and as-expected. Thank you

False Advertisement

This place was a scam. Sleeping with 4 unknown men in one room (No disrespect to the men but I was the only female) with 2 bunk beads 8 X 10 room was a No No! Ended up sleeping in the street in a Danger Zone because there were no hotels available! This is false advertising and I want my money back. Please don’t do this to travelers! It is dangerous and it’s uncalled for! This is the Garden, a little better than the Eco Shared Paradise. Didn’t have a chance to take a picture because it stank and it was kinda creepy. Not risking it! I think a prison would be cleaner and safer! Had booked these two places way before I arrived to Miami. I thought it was a different renter and I gave it the benefit of the doubt and it was worse. No no!
This was supposed to be the Garden but person said the Garden was out of service so he sent us to this property.
No family ever showed up, it was a man who stated that he too got scammed and he was nice enough to give us his bed.
