The view of the river plus the fireplace made it so special for a winter getaway. It has free parking and breakfast included. The food was perfect. 「Everyone here from the staff to the other guests were amazing. The only thing that happened that could be considered negative was the elevator broke down while we were on it and wouldn't open its doors. We called the front desk from a cell phone and they immediately jumped into action to ensure we were ok with our baby and that the elevator was back up and running in a timely manner. I will not fault them for the elevator as it was not their fault and we were only stuck on it for approximately 2...

「Everything was clean and the staff was great. The only problem we had was there isn’t enough parking,only 2 elevators ( we had to play elevator roulette) took a long time too to get an elevator to come up to your floor. Carpet needed vacuumed in hallway. At the time of our visit the pool and hot tub was under construction so it was out of order. Paling cost $15 a day plus tax. It ought to have been free with parking pass since we paid to stay there. Not just for us but all occupants at that...
