「We have never stayed in Townsend before during all of our stays to the Smokies. I loved being away from the hustle of crowds. The Parkman was the first place I googled for Townsend area. They allowed my pet which was a must. The room and property were both clean. The staff were polite. It was just me and the hubby for our 10 year anniversary, so the room given was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Townsend.」

「It is a delightful inn on a hill near Smokey Mountain National Park. The breakfast is very basic "fast food" such as boxed cereal and hard boil egg, juice, coffee/tea. Not fancy, but sufficient. The best feature is the kindness of the staff -- very pleasant and sure to please.」

「Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.」

「I’m giving this place 3 stars because one of the pools assigned to our building was green and closed when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was never cleaned or repaired during our entire one-week stay. The water in the other two pools was also very cloudy and looked dirty. The room itself was clean, but there were several issues. Be careful with the bathroom door because it can get stuck from the outside. The bathroom didn’t have a sink, so we had to wash our hands in the shower. We didn’t feel...

「Had to take a cold shower for 2 days. No hot water in our room until the 3rd day They need to replace thet flush valve on the commode. It would run contentious and whistle until we took the lid off and press the center of the float valve. I reported this to the front desk each day .」

「酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！」

「The first room we had the air didn't work and there was mold in the shower. We switched to a different which was a little better. The internet provided with your stay is awful, lose signal all the time. Breakfast included was not great either, lukewarm food and if you aren't there right when it starts then you won't get anything because they don't refill it. Really the only thing going for this hotel is it's location, it is right in Gatlinburg on the strip. It's great for a walk to sightseeing...
