「大廳正在整修但訂房前未告知，房間裡的冰箱整個都冰滿洲際酒店要賣顧客的飲料，只留一瓶易開罐飲料的空間讓顧客使用，沒有提供網路，連最基本的慢速網路都沒有。」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are cozy and clean. The breakfast was a full spread and enjoyable. The pool and entertainment room was great. 」

「The room and staff were wonderful the only problem was the check in the room was not ready until 4pm.」

「Completely Service animal and Pet Friendly. My Dog received a Gift bag full of treats. Water bowl, toys, and some neat poopie bags. Concierge was ever so delightful to meet my Service Animal. Your my go too Hotel.. wish all were like this. The food alone was worth the trip. Fine dining and culinary cuisine all within footsteps from the hotel. 」
