「Beautiful property, quiet and well kept. Only downfall is location is on the French side of the island and without a car things get very expensive getting taxis to and from things to do. If planning to stay at this resort please know it’s on the French side which means it’s not close to the popular tourists attractions. Otherwise decent resort.」

「This was a good place and good location. Easy walk to Mullet Bay Beach. Within 5-10 minutes driving to shopping and restaurants. Some damage in bathroom from water and condition was good, but not amazing. Communication was good and they were responsive and helpful.」

「Oceanfront king room. Gorgeous view right on the beach. Loved going to sleep hearing the waves. Comfortable room. Beach is amazing. It does drop off quickly though not a gradual incline in the water. Good food at their restaurant, and service at the lounge chairs. Will return.」

「It was not an adult only restaurant as described. Children were in dining areas and at entertainment at night. I have gone to adult only restaurant and this one definitely was not. No day activities like pool party or aerobic water activities and at night it was dead. The price did not match what was offered. The bars by the pool closed by 6pm.」

「Cleaning and front desk staff were amazing. We checked in early and asked for a room on a higher level. The front desk male person checked with his manager and then moved us to a higher level. Realizing the hotel is very old we were disappointed in the room. The size of the living/dinins room were great. The bed and linens were dated and not very comfortable. the bed spread looks like it is from the 60s. The sofa and side chairs were dated too and appeared to be worn. I used a towel.」

「The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The owner was very accommodating with my request for a noon check out which was greatly appreciated due to my flight departure. The place is located close to restaurants and grocery store.」

「I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. The only real highlight was the ocean view from the balcony, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was in poor condition and clearly needs maintenance. The bathroom had rust around the toilet hinges, mold and grime around the shower, a broken shower faucet handle, and deteriorating caulking around the sink mirror. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time....

「The room was very clean and well kept. Staff was wonderful. The manager (Alexia) was great, unbelievable and eager to answer all the questions related to the property to make guests/customers feel comfortable. Kudos to her! Shanay, the front desk person is great. I was welcomed with a welcome note by Shanay. That’s nice of her and that really shows how she cares about customers. Kudos to her. And finally, Joyce (the cleaning lady), she’s wonderful, incredible. She kept the room clean and paid...

「We had an upcharge for resort amenities at check in that I would suggest to just include in the booking rate instead of getting surprised at check in. Suggest having more than one hooks to hang towels in bathroom Add mirror in second bedroom. Extremely small elevator very slow. Food was good Beach chairs were plenty so didn’t have to rush to get seats」

「Perfect location, right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, casinos etc. Hotel is obviously older but it’s well maintained, clean and the rooms are oversized with big balconies. Reception called taxis for us several times and were always friendly and helpful. Zero complaints!」

「Note that this property is legitimately on a hill, if you don’t have a car or driver you will have to walk up two maybe even three hills. We did experience flooding in our shower which was handled very quick but still very inconvenient. Staff did their best to communicate and handle all needs. All of the appliances were in French which wasn’t a problem but would have been good to know. I overall enjoyed my stay but would not book again」
