「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「This hotel is the in the heart of City Center. Check in was quick. The room was clear and the bed was very comfy. Also had the standard complimentary supplies. 「Poor front disk service, the staff is not professional and works extremely slowly. No coffee maker in the room. The chairs are not comfortable. The power supplies are put far away from the desk and chairs, it’s inconvenient to charge the cellphone.」

「I ordered for a king bed with sofa bed, but when the waiter was asked to come in the evening to turn on the night bed service, I was told that our sofa was just a regular sofa instead of a sofa bed. The hotel refused to address the situation. Also, when we requested extra pillows and sheets, the waiter touched (actually rubbed) my pillows with his face and body (clothes) which made me feel sick.」

「For me personally, this hotel fit exavtly what i needed and was better in price compared to other hotels in the area. The room was much larger than anticipated. It had two sitting chairs, as well as a desk and desk chair. It also had both a microwave and mini fridge, which was convenient. 「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」
