This hotel is brand new and it is beautiful! Everything is nicely done. The beds are soft and very comfortable! Has beautiful full kitchen in your suite. The pool is indoors and heated. Has a workout room and laundry facilities. Breakfast was included which is a plus and it was good. Wifi is also included. The staff were all very friendly as well. It is close to lots of places to eat and shop. I stayed here for a night out to celebrate my birthday and I didn't want to leave. I will be back to...

I’ve stayed many times at this Fairfield Inn. The staff is always pleasant, the hotel guest rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby, breakfast area, and elevators are always clean. As a single woman traveling alone, I feel very safe at this hotel.

My stay at the Residence Inn was wonderful. I never really take the time to write reviews but I did want to commend and give recognition to Zee at the front desk. She was so accommodating and such a pleasure to converse with. She is a true attribute to this establishment. Her hospitality is top notch and I will surely return the next time I visit family.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. This was our first time visiting the Willow Grove area. Our room was clean and most comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory and held us until lunch.
Above all, the staff was very welcoming to our dog, "Lacey". We will stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly, (a bit of language barrier with housekeeping) but nice. breakfast was amazing and had coffee, tea, water around the clock. easy check in/out. The grounds were taking care of since, it was snowing. everything was clean and hand sanitizer all around. was located near places to eat, and shopping, walking distance

This stay was Awesome. We came in for a Family Funeral but left smiling. The staff (especially Dominque) was attentive, knowledgeable, empathetic and a breath of fresh air. The breakfast was tasty. I will say the containers used to keep the coffee and hot water needs to be replaced, (was not that hot). The bed was a little too soft for my taste. The room was amazing, the amenities were useful. I loved the visual atmosphere and to not actually hear the trains while I was resting. The courtyard...

All was fine, quiet, relaxing, a very professional staff, I mostly liked the tall light skin black lady at the front desk, she is very kind, nice and greatly helpful. For her, I will definitely go back again as she is making your stay a true vacation. Only one downside: the drainage into the bathtub was a slow killer making a large thick puddle. Please fix it. Thank you.

Room was clean, newer finishes, kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Free breakfast had great options, including sausage, hash browns. Would have rated our stay 6 stars if it was an option.

It was great except we went to our car in the morning, and then grabbed a coffee in the lobby, and when we went to go back up to our room at around 10am the cleaning man had went in our room and started taking it apart. Would not let us back in.
I was not ready for the day.
He said we checked out…. We definitely had not. Clearly I had my key card to get the elevator to work.. we had our card in our hand
Luckily we had traveled with another couple, and were able to go to their room to get washed...
