Room was beautiful and clean, bathroom was stunning. Everything was exactly as pictured online. It was safe and clean and met our needs. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at this year.

Staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. The rooms are very much in need of renovation (ie stains on upholstery, knicks on the walls, tears in wallpaper. Rooms also needed a deep clean (I.e crusted stain on bedskirt). The breakfast was great but lacked some basic items, for example, alternative milks.
