「Chris at he front desk welcomed me when I arrived. I was disappointed to find out when I was checking in that the property had already charge my credit card without my knowledge. I called to confirm my reservation and I was not told that my credit card was going to be charged. I booked through Expedia and chose Hotel Collect my reservation was not pre paid. Front desk agent upon arrival didn't know why my credit card was charged not even authorized and the guy upon c/out told me that I prepaid...

「There was an odd smell in the main lobby, and on the first night it smelt like someone was smoking weed. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. We did see what seemed like a couple homeless people coming in and out of the hotel during breakfast. Not sure what that was about. 」

「This hotel is extremely clean. It is in a safe location. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the restaurant staff were prompt and friendly. The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. 」
