"There was no air-conditioning in our room. I booked the hotel based on the understanding there was air-conditioning. The desk clerk said there was only air-conditioning on the third floor which was sold out. The staff did provide a fan and lots of free water. Other than the heat, the hotel was fine."

"What a charming hotel. The amenities were top notch and the view absolutely stunning. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. The air conditioner wasn’t great, and that’s something I find to be a necessity when traveling, but thankfully I’d brought a mini fan, so it worked out well enough. The WiFi was terrible, but it seemed to be down throughout the region, so there was nothing to be done. (My husband works when we travel, so a strong internet connection really is a necessity. We used our mobile hotspot and made due.) Overall the whole experience was clean, charming, and absolutely unbeatable in terms of amenities and the view. Would absolutely stay again."

"The chateau is a beautiful, charming and quiet place to stay. Keep in mind you are living back in time so it’s a little different but it’s a wonderful experience to stay there. The continental breakfast is what we expected with delicious cheese, croissants, assortments of breads and boiled egg for options. The jams were fantastic and oh so very delicious!!! Also coffee and two juice choices were nice to have in the morning. The host is very kind and helpful. The grounds are stunning and we are loved our stay."
