"This is a nice hotel that could be better, The rooms are a nice size and very clean. I stayed 4 nights and the only thing lacking was a fridge in the room (there is room for one), The rooms have a safe, TV and AC. The shower is in a bath so you need to take care getting in and out, They could do with handles. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful (one member of staff called Daniel was funny and very helpful). If you need ice you can ask at reception for a cup of ice. I used the spa facilities twice they do prefer you to book your 1 hour slot in advance but I left it last minute and had no issues getting slots, The spa area is very clean, they lack handles getting into the Jacuzzi which makes it difficult getting in and out. There are shops, restaurants and bakeries around the hotel, The metro is about 10/15 mins walk away. I would stay here again."
