"The location was great, with easy access to public transport, and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
The room was a good size and had everything we needed. There was a small hob, tea and coffee-making facilities, cups and other essentials, as well as a small sink with washing-up liquid and a sponge, which was really useful.
The main downside was the pillows. They could definitely do with being replaced, as they were noticeably stained, which you could clearly see through the sheet like pillowcase and this was off putting.
Overall, we had a good stay. The location, helpful staff and useful facilities in the room were definite positives. We did not use the breakfast facilities so can’t comment on these"
