I was a little worried when I pulled into town as it is a very old town. that end of the street doesn’t look like much. There is easy parking right at the building. The proprietor was very friendly and the inside is all very clean and modern. It was a great surprise. I had a window out the back and there was a full moon and it was a wonderful evening. They don’t serve dinner, but breakfast was very good. For dinner I recommend going down the road across from the castle and have dinner by the river at that hotel restaurant. ( I forget the name). That is a beautiful spot by the river.

Great place to stop when visiting the area around Giverny ,it’s easy to find, convenient to walk to town , and the beautiful chateau. 첫날 여행의 시작을 너무나 편안하게 해주셨습니다. 22시까지 정원산책이 가능해서 산책후 공용공간에서 커피와 녹차도 특별히 제공해주시고 너무나 좋은 인상이었습니다. 그리고 커플 사장님과 편안한 대화가 너무나 좋았네요. 실내공간 또한 심플하면서도 포인트가 되는 부분들과 회화 작품(부모님의 작품) 또한 좋았습니다. 정원을 직접 가꾸시는데 꽃들이 만개한 정원은 지베르니를 보기 전 흥을 돋우기 딱 좋았습니다. 위치 또한 강변 산책하기 좋았고 고성(Château de La Roche-Guyon)을 방문하기도 좋았습니다. 또 다시 가고픈 곳입니다.

It is a perfect B&B to enjoy the trip fully. Very kind and knowledgeable owners, professional staff, extremely clean bedrooms, modern and clean bathrooms, excellent breakfast, perfect restaurant to enjoy the evenings. The young owners have done a great job to turn the rooms and the whole building into a wonderful place, with perfect design, colors, objects. The backyard is like a botanic garden, with beautiful trees, bushes, flowers, Indian geese, rooster a hens. Thank you very much to them.

A lovely cosy, homely hotel. Easy to miss on the drive past so be careful. The owners are very much on hand and keen to ensure a good stay. A simple but adequate breakfast is offered. They also have a small restaurant attached….the food is superb. A delightful village to spend a day or two.
