Our stay was very comfortable and welcoming, with a beautiful herb garden for picnicking and a fabulous lobby in a great location. The staff was very warm and welcoming.

Best place to stay in Cergy Pontois! Very spacious rooms with kitchen and seating area. Excellent WiFi and a very nice lobby to work or just hang out. Walking distance to Cergy Port where you can find many nice restaurants. Very friendly front desk staff! Highly recommend!

They cheated us and there is not enough communication with anyone. We booked there and went there to check in it’s was so dirty and smelly room. We asked the receptionist to change the room but he couldn’t speak English or help us to communicate with the hotel management. We booked through Expedia which I tried to contact and explain my situation that I’m standing with my 3 kids and the room is smoke smelly. They said they will help but never turn back to me. I wrote a letter and check out straight away. I hoped Expedia will sort it out for me which they didn’t. So I booked another hotel room and I never get my refund back.

Hotel is in good condition and easy to find. Rooms are very clean. On the down side, there is no AC in the rooms, just in the lobby, so tough on hot days/nights. Also, limited food in the hotel or around it for a quick snack/bite.

Cowool is a cool place for a family to stay. It is unique, the room layouts work well. There could be more attention to detail - our hotplate did not work, the bathroom lights switched each other off, there is too much ambient light that passes through the interior facing bedroom window.

The room was a lot smaller than it showed in the photos, which was disappointing. And doesn't seem very eco friendly. They had loads of mobile air conditioning units in what seems like it was meant to be a passive building. It's a was fine overall, but we probably won't be back.

A comfortable stay, but not perfect

The aparthotel was very cosy and welcoming, even though we arrived at night. Parking underneath the hotel was free, secure and well lit with direct lift access up to the rooms, which was handy for moving luggage. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and reasonably clean, however it was very dimly lit (just not enough lights) and the shower cubicle was missing a door panel (presumably broken but not fixed) rendering it unusable. Thankfully there was also a bath with overhead shower that we used instead. We found the apartment quite cool and couldn't work out how to turn the (underfloor?) heating on. The road noise was quite loud, so had we needed a window open it would have been difficult to sleep. Beware the mattresses are rock hard! We found the location good for using the RER A to get into central Paris each day, with Cergy Prefecture only a 15 minute walk away and trains every 20 minutes with tickets €5 adult one way.

Deluxe kamer met 3 slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbedden. 2 badkamers een met bad, andere met douche. Helaas douche geen douche gordijn of wand. En voor de dames met lang haar, weinig water uit de douchekop. Prima kamer alleen mag wat liefde hebben. Was ook redelijk warm in de kamers. Grote parkeergarage waar laadpalen waren, helaas kregen we ze niet aan de gang. Ontbijt prima, verse croissants en broodjes, roerei wat beleg en wat fruit en yoghurt, niet heel verrassend. 15min lopen naar grote winkelcentrum en treinstation. Geen tussentijdse schoonmaak, 3 nachten verbleven.

Je suis resté coince devant la porte du sous sol malgré mes appels , c'est un client équipé d'un badge qui m'a permis d'entrer Les chambres devraient être équipées de la climatisation (trop chaud) extérieur trop bruyant pour laisser la fenêtre ouverte

Accueil froid à l’arrivée sans explication. Chambre manque de propreté, chambre non climatisé le soir. J’étais en train de dormir avec les enfants quand des gens rentraient dans la chambre, ils avez la même chambre que moi pas d’excuse de la part de l’établissement.
