I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at Fraser Suites Harmonie Paris La Défense from August 5 to August 8, 2025. I have stayed at this property six to seven times before without any issues, most recently just a week earlier, but this visit was unacceptable on every level. Upon arrival with my pregnant wife and three children after a long trip, we were met with extremely rude, dismissive, and openly discriminatory treatment from two reception staff, Paola and Fernanda. Their behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed no concern for our condition as tired guests.
When I entered the room, I found that the air conditioning was not working (the room was hot), the kitchen window could not be opened due to a broken handle, and the bathroom door lock was broken — causing embarrassment for the whole family. I reported this to Paola and Fernanda, requesting repairs or a room change. They rudely told me to speak to the manager the next day and claimed there were no other rooms.
The next day, the manager herself was equally rude and discriminatory. Even after I explained that I am a Fraser Suites member and frequent guest, she sided with the staff, told me no one could fix the problems, and that I had to stay in the same room.
This stay was the worst experience I have ever had at Fraser Suites, combining poor service, discriminatory behavior, and complete disregard for guest comfort. I cannot recommend this property based on this unacceptable experience.
