「The room was very well done very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「They charged us again even though we had already paid through expedia and acted like they had never heard of people paying through expedia. Then they refused to refund us even when i showed them the receipt, email confirmation, and the multiple charges on my online credit card statement. Before all of this though they said they didnt have the room that we had reserved because they give preferential treatment to people who make their reservation through their app..Totally horrible and the bed...

「The GM did make all of this right by us and I’m only leaving a review bc I rely on reviews when booking places and this one time I did not and it backfired. We were on a mom sons trips and arrived for just 1 night of rest before heading to beach on Monday morning and upon arrival at 1030pm we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the pullout couch bed was broken, second room had mold all over the pull out couch, and third room there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch for our kids...

「The hotel was okay…walking into the hotel the door was not locked so just anyone could come in from the back. Walking to the room the hotel was decent - No bad smells and not dirty. Get into the room - the room was very spacious/clean, but it was SO HOT. There was no AC on prior to arriving so we were sweating. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work and the air conditioner barely ran. It took it from 8 pm to 4 am to cool off to 73°. The beds were hard as a rock. We opened the sofa bed and there...

「Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. Being picky, the pool was closed, probably for maintenance. In the room, it had a musty smell, so we made it colder, but it didn't go away completely. One of the overhead lights in the bathroom was burnt out. The room was clean and looked recently remodeled. It had a limited number of power outlets. The breakfast was very nice and met my expectations. The hotel was very nice, but just needed to "dot" the "i" and "cross" the "t".」

「The property was updated, very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Rooms were clean, beds are a bit firm, but the rooms were mostly updated with newer decor. I love that our room had a peek-a-boo view of the lake behind it. The only complaint we had was that we asked for a room “refresh” (not a full clean) while we went out for the day and when we came back, the rooms had not been refreshed at all. No trashes emptied or towels given, so I had to empty our trashes since there’s no maid on...
