「The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!」

「We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. 「I had a bad experience here. Arrived in DC, quick ride from the airport - the room is pretty small, but ok - it's DC, I get it. However, after the first night I felt AWFUL and looked around the room and particularly the AC. There was mold, and I took a picture and sent it to management/host right away. I got a response that they were sorry that I was uncomfortable, and that they would try to come get someone to look at it, but after staying 4 nights the AC mold issue wasn't resolved. Apparently...

「The units are in a luxury apartment building so the only hiccup I experienced was the lack of coordination between the onsite front desk and the reps that answer the phones for the reservation. But the unit was a beautiful, spacious, and well furnished two bedroom apt. It had everything we needed. The place was clean and welcoming. And the water pressure in the showers was perfect.
