The River Inn
The staff was lovely and the neighborhood is exceptional, but the property needs a major refresh. The room was very tired.... yellowed bathroom tiles, outdated heating/cooling system and 90's decor. Fresh paint would go a long way.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and spacious and it was easy to get around DC. Will definitely stay there again.
