This is my second time staying with Global Luxury Suites, but first time staying here. What I really like is having a full kitchen and access to laundry. The suite was modern, clean and spacious. Great location, close to M street: restaurants, stores and historic buildings. The only thing to improve was wifi was very weak and the sink drained very slowly. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!

No pool or workout area but was noted in the description. Advertised balcony is not worth the extra, very small. Great stay overall.

This location is terrific for getting into Washington DC to see all the touristy things. We also could walk to many restaurants and Trader Joe’s is only half mile away. Only issue was poor lighting in the unit including the light over the dining table which did not work the entirety of our stay. They couldn’t fix it. Dining in the dark. We also had to swap bulbs from various fixtures to get light over the door. The bathroom and bedroom have very dim lighting.

The room was very clean and spacious. Nice touch with welcome gift bag with snacks. Signage to the Lennox from 29th street was non existent and only a temporary sign seen from 30th street. The check-in link sent via email kept getting error messages. Link was dubious as it asked for banking details but was not a locked secure site. On arrival asked for bank details and guests asked to fill out paper document. Clerk stated paper would be shredded after room was checked for any damage etc. Archaic vs other hotels of similar standards.

I arrived at the hotel and was informed that my room had been given away. I was told to wait and they would try to find me a room, but quickly realized that all of the OTHER people waiting as well were in the same position as me. I did NOT receive a room, and had to drive 3 hours home, after wasting 1.5 hours getting to the hotel and waiting.

The night of arrival. We did not have towels or washcloths. The internet service in our room was nonexistent. We messaged the host with no reply, We did arrive after 9pm so we had to wait until the next morning to speak with the front desk.

Excellent location for Georgetown. Just 5 - 10 minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront park. The king size room was spacious and clean with a kitchen and dining area. Overall, it could use a refresh, but everything works. After checkout FYI - The lobby has lockers where you can store your luggage and lock it with your own personal PIN code until you’re ready to leave. Highly recommend!

The property requires you to provide your CC information via an online link including full uploaded pictures of your credit card (front and back). When I pushed back they offered to let me do it on a paper form which I declined. The AC didn’t work it stayed at about 75 degrees the entire time. A room close by had its smoke detector chirping for the duration of my stay. The hall way smelled terrible and had no circulation. The location is great, but the company is a bit shady and the property is not comfortable.
