I liked how clean and friendly this hotel was it is located in an area of DC that has pretty much everything and so with the friendly staff and clean facilities and with all n walking distance to some great restaurants and sights I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again!!!!!!

Excellent location 1.5 blocks to the White House & to Metro stop for 3 lines and connection to a 4th line to get almost anywhere you want to go. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. There are plenty of police around, as so close to the White House. Full size apartment with a kitchen. Quiet room. Helpful front desk. Highly recommend it.

The place was fantastic we were so pleased with the space we got for the price of a hotel room we had a 1 bedroom apartment. The staff was professional and friendly. We felt safe and the place was very relaxed. I will seek out other properties in there care to visit and stay at.

My stay was for 5 days. It was a great location and the property was perfect for us. The only issue I have is that coffee was served between 7-9 am and it was empty 4 out of the 5 times before 9 am. Once there were no cups for coffee and 3 times the milk was also empty.
