"Location was really nice and the view of the reservoir was very calming. There are some restaurants nearby and it’s near most of the parks or well connected by bus to the other parks. Pity the hotel doesn’t offer promos to the various parks. Room and bathroom were spacious. Staff was really helpful too in giving directions and expediting our check-in. Breakfast buffet gets really crowded at peak times - we had to queue for awhile and then queued for a long time at the egg station. So go early."

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the occasion special. Nur and his team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was thoughtfully handled. The birthday setup was beautifully arranged, and the team surprised us with personal touches that made the celebration feel both intimate and luxurious. Service throughout was seamless—quick, professional, yet never rushed—and every interaction reflected a high level of care and hospitality. What stood out most was the sincerity of the team. It did not feel like a routine service, but rather a heartfelt effort to create a meaningful experience. Quincy House is fortunate to have such a dedicated team, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that delivers not just comfort, but truly memorable moments."

"The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again. In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding. One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure about variations where different milk (e.g. oat milk, soy milk, etc.) were mentioned."

"I stayed for a week and could’ve stayed another! Such a great location, spotless, hip, and friendly staff with delicious food at diner, at the pool, and the restaurant. The room had modern equipment and the beds were super comfy. Zero noise from outside. Key staff were: SuSu in the restaurant, Tom out at the pool bar, and Tasha who gave the Thursday tour from the Standard bus! She was so fun and adorable! Honestly i will come back to Singapore to stay at this hotel because it was just so easy and enjoyable."
