"The bathroom needs cleaned better and flooring needs redone! I noticed mold on walls in shower and needs recaulked. But the nicest girl at front desk made my stay great because I drove for hours to get there and I came in exhausted and sick. Pawan was her name and she helped me get a close room and was so concerned for me. She let me lay on sofa in entrace lobby until I could get up to go to my room down the hall!! Great customer service! Morning time the gentleman who checked me out was such a help also. Bright and cheerful. Even gave me the best directions to get to Coldwater for the funeral service I had to attend! I regret not getting his name. Kudos to great customer service!!"
