「I plan to stay again soon as we will be back to visit family. It is centrally located near the highway which is helpful. The staff were so friendly. There were a lot of families present. The pool and breakfast area looked very nice. The hotel hallways and stairwells were not very clean and looked shabby but when I got into my room, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfy, AC and TV, Fridge worked well. My sheets were a little stained but clean and smelled fresh. ...

「The room was exceptional...clean, quiet, great sleep and a good breakfast...absolutely no complaints! The young guy at the desk when we checked in was very nice, friendly and helpful ( Branden), and when I thought I didn't have a hair dryer I called down and talked to (Shamika...I think I'm saying the right!!??) who also was very nice to talk to and told me to look behind the bathroom door..lol! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!」

「We hated that our bed sat on a metal box frame that made an atrocious clanging sound if either my or I turned over. Our room felt sterile, and lacked the furniture we’re used to seeing at other hotels. Our bathroom door didn’t shut and our toilet had no back it. The breakfast room is small and the staff doesn’t keep it stocked. We had to leave the property and get food elsewhere because everything was out. Overall, our room and stay felt unwelcoming. We won’t be booking with this hotel when stay...

Cockroaches all over, nothing was wiped down, blood and human feces on the walls and floor. Expedia should take this off as an option. Pictures are deceiving for this advertisement. Expedia should not partner with them.」

「I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.」

「Let’s start with check-in. I walk in and they have a sign to call a number for help that they have stepped out. Finally get in my room and great AC is on and it’s summer but they have it set to 63° and I have kids, but whatever blankets and turned it up. Climb in the bed and it’s hard and you could feel every spring and hear them. Glad they had a last minute room but for $150 a decent bed would pleasant. I would not return solely because of the bed.」
