「We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had such a cozy, homey atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. We were in town visiting my husband's hometown, and this was the perfect place to stay. We'd definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in the area!」

「The property is under renovation, but was very clean and well kept. The staff was outstanding especially the manager, Jenn Berry. She went way out of her way to make sure my stay was perfect. I was there for only two nights, but they were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. The pool and hot tub were under renovation and drained but when I get back that way I will be looking forward to a nice swim or soak in the hot tub. 「Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.」

「Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t use the pool but they have a nice indoor pool, WiFi, and the host at the front desk made me the most incredible cup of coffee when we checked in (I was exhausted and he could tell!) will definitely stay again when in the area.」

「The freezer section was extremely cold, and the refrigerator would not get cold, kept freezing stuff and putting it in refrigerator to keep cold. Told front desk and seemed nothing was done! We were there 3 days」

「My room was very spacious and functional. Lots of hot water, TV worked fine. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Shout out to Renee on the desk as being exceptionally helpful. Only negative is that the WIFI was intermittent at best and very slow.」
