"The location was great but the yelling guest and housekeeping trying to enter your room at 9:00am while you were sleeping is totally unacceptable. They should know that checkout is not until before 12pm. The bed was horrible!!!!!!!"

"Property was fine. We woke up to the sound of screaming, yelling and laughing from 6:45-8:30AM by the room next door (226) and across the hallway. We are now extremely sleep deprived thanks to you guys putting us next to the most degenerate obnoxious people playing music, blasting reels, and “getting ready” on the other side of the connected room that sounded like they were in the same room as us. Laughing and yelling and being absolutely beyond too loud for 7AM on Saturday. And if I would have said something, I’m sure I’d be the “bad guy” for not letting some “queens” get their hair and makeup done for 2 hours screeching about the latest gossip. Our 4.5 drive today was utterly miserable thanks to it! We left earlier than expected because of the noise, I guess that’s the only brightside!"

"We came to Gainesville, VA because my aunt passed. The woman at the desk when we arrived was nice. I left as soon as we got there at 10pm, Around 11:30pm a man walked into the room. My mother thought it was me coming back so she said “back so soon?” Then she heard him mumbling and he thankfully left. When I did return it was very late and she was still awake and told me what happened. Neither of us slept much that night! In the morning, I went to the front desk and told the woman what had happened. She said “Did you leave the door cracked open?” Like it was our fault someone broke into the room we were staying in. I said “No, I closed the door when I left. “ besides, it is a heavy door that slams shut as soon as I let it go. So it was definitely not left open. I said, “is it possible someone got ahold of a master key?” And she replied, “the only person with a master key was the woman on duty at the desk at 11:30pm”. I said, “Well, he got into our room with a door key.” She just stared at me like I was complaining about nothing. I then said, “ok well please tell someone else that is in charge here because there is a man that has the ability to get into the rooms and the Hotel should know about this so someone can investigate before something bad happens. We were lucky nothing happened.” She just said ok and looked at me like she had no idea what I wanted for her to say to ease our nerves or rectify the situation. The next night, we double bolted the door!!"
