Great location, clean rooms, and excellent value for money. The owners are a lovely and friendly couple who made us feel welcome. One thing to note: the bathroom exhaust fan needs to stay on, as there can be a strong smell of smoke otherwise. Overall, a good stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was better than I expected for the price. Although the front desk gave me a bag of ice for free, it would have been nice if there had been ice and vending machines available.

A very basic motel with very clean rooms and comfortable bed on which to lay your head for the night. The proprietors were wonderful and it seems Prince Charles had a grad parade and gala in the town just before I arrived. Front Royal is a lovely historic town.

I always like to stay at this property. Though the price is very inexpensive and the amenities are few, the rooms and linens are always clean and I sleep like a baby. The Indian couple who run the motel are lovely and solicitous of our welfare. Highly recommended.

This is an older property, and the place is dated and somewhat worn down. It appears to be undercapitalized. However, it was clean and comfortable and the woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. It is conveniently located, and yet was quiet. Would I stay there again? Probably. If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not the place for you. If however, you are looking for an adequate place at a very favorable price, this place fits the bill.
