「Nice hotel in a brilliant location in the very pretty Chester centre. If you fancy a nice meal out there are loads of choices in the town, plus plenty to walk around and enjoy. In addition you're next to the roman amphitheater and the grosvenor park which is lovely for a walk or a short jog. Parking is in the multi storey car park on pepper street and is 1/2 price if you tell the hotel, but the spaces are very small (not ideal if you have a big SUV). There are other car parks available. 」

「We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as part of a return journey following a vacation further north. The hotel location was perfect for our trip. The staff were friendly and did their best however were quite stretched due to a wedding function taking place over the weekend.at the hotel. The spa area was also quite busy. The restaurant food and breakfast were good.」

「Good hotel, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with usual selections of hot and cold options. Beds were quite solid with flat pillows only downside for me but apart from that hotel was great for our stay」
