Really nice hotel in a great location. The review would have been a 5 but for the fact of the most ridiculous system is in place on the bar for food. I ordered an appetiser and a main course stating it was a starter followed by ,,,,,,, To my surprise they came out together. I asked the waitress who grunted that’s the way the kitchen do it and making me feel I was a tad unreasonable. I suppose the saving grace I did not order an ice cream for dessert.

The staff in general didn’t look at all happy working there. Not once did we hear a good morning or evening from the reception staff or others around the hotel. The restaurant was ok, the food itself wasn’t brilliant and the service was not what we had experiences on our previous visits to Wychwood Park Hotel. Sorry to say but with such a nice hotel the whole experience was well below par.

The staff were great. The rooms are clean and easily accessible. The security was a plus. The only thing that was an issue was that the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. Appart from that I enjoyed, I would recommend and stay again considering the cost.

Clean, well maintained the rooms are well stocked and good even for business travel. I think the hotel would do with a swimming pool for such a big hotel that will be icing on cake. Location is 10/10 so serene. Grounds are well maintained. Definately coming back but one thing needing attention is AC . In hot weather the rooms are quite unbearable.
