「The mini fridge did not get cold The shower floor was level with the bathroom floor so water ran into the bathroom causing the floor to be slippery.」

「The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. I also really appreciated the large designated area for dogs to do their business, which made traveling with a pet much more convenient. I would have gladly given this hotel five stars if it had a swimming pool. That was my mistake for not checking before booking. If they ever add a pool, this would easily be one of my top picks for value and pet-friendly accommodations.」

「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「Room was not cleaned, checked into a dirty room place smelled like dog piss every where bed was not made up, was sent to best western after we checked in and found the room not cleaned. At midnight traveling with a toddler that was not something I wanted to do.」
