"On arrival we had to go down 3 times for the key card to work. once in the room there was nl towels so another trip back to reception. We got 4 hand towels as there was no other available .Room was ok shower was poor and had silver fish in bathroom Room very basic compared to pictures Staff all lovely including the lovely egyptian gentleman who took us to the train for the airport amazing member of staff going the extra mile 😀 "

"When I walked through the door last Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted with “Welcome back!” So, it was reassuring that I’d made the right choice in returning to GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin, after a year. That greeting was so genuine and most appreciated. Then, throughout my 5 night stay, I enjoyed lovely interactions with so many staff members. I have grown to LOVE GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin. 💖"

"The location was perfect for us visiting our son who lived nearby. It is also good for transportation as the bus stop is just outside the hotel and the U bahn station is only a few minutes walk. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. The room that we had facing the courtyard so it was nice and quite. We slept well every night. "
