This hotel was a great deal. I was coming to Berlin for Pride week. I was surprised I could find a room. The high ratings and the package price (with airfare) sold me. It is clean and efficient. It’s not very centrally located, but there is an S-bahn stop just steps away from the hotel.

This was an incredible find. The property is perfectly suited for modern travelers, but within walking distance of some very unique culture. The staff however, is the shining star. From the front desk to the café. Everyone was wonderful and helpful and we will only go back to this hotel in Berlin.

The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks.

Good enough at the right price

Entirely more than adequate at the right price. A mid range hotel that's not as fashionable as it thinks it is. Breakfast looks good but most ingredients could be better quality - too much cost cutting (dated fruit, stale pastries, plastic coffee machine). No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Reception staff were a bit grumpy. Room still has a newish feeling and was mostly clean. There's a safe in the room. It's handy for transport.

Really nice staff, helpful and naturally friendly w/out being bougy or annoyed by answering questions. The complete hotel had been either redone or newly biult. It was a mix of space well used for both cozyness and modern, city vibes in the interior design. We got a special price offer over expedia, so our 2 day trip was as not as expensive in the way you would expect from a place like that. Unfortunately, we had cold, rainy weather all weekend long and the position/location of this place takes quite some time to get to downtown Berlin, which when also wandering around all day in the bittercold rain, and you just want to fall back into a warm, soft bed at the, it's pretty annoying ("annoying" in the sense of a 1st world problem^^) to know you have a long way ahead to get "home". But oh well, you can't, you can never have it all.
