Great location to parks, the botanic garden, multiple food options and shopping. The room was lovely with a nice sized bathroom, large windows and a great balcony. Breakfast was additional but a great option.

The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, comfortable and located in a smart suburb of Berlin with great U-Bahn and bus connections. It is possible to use the hotel fully automatically without any need to see any member of staff should you wish. The keys are all on your mobile phone. As such, it feels faintly impersonal although highly convenient and modern.

Clean, good location but no proper sleep

I was facing like a garbage and goods center, which trucks starts moving, loading unloading since very early hour, and alarm in this center goes on late hours everyday, I was waiting on door for almost 2 hours in very cold wet weather because the application to open doors didn’t work, Location is good, room clean, but could not get one good night proper sleep because of this cennete which is just across the street from Balcony

Whilst this was a charming property in a relatively good location with convenient walking distance to dinning and public transportation, our stay was not comfortable. Unfortunately this property did not have AC and we stayed during a hot week. The room was on the top level 4th floor which made it hotter. Only one bottle of complimentary water during our entire stay and the only cooling method was a small fan and opening two small windows without bug screens. It was so hot this is how we slept. We had to deal with car noises and possible bugs coming in as well as second hand smoke from the balconies below. There is a parking lot in front that added to noise and lights being on all night that we couldn't block out due to the windows having to be open for ventilation. This was definitely not a no-smoking hotel as every time we walked the hallway to a very small lift the smell of smoke was present. As I was traveling with my daughter who has a health condition these were not appreciated circumstances. The last night we were there she coughed and wheezed most of the night. Another con is there is no nighttime support at the front desk, to support in case of an emergency. The worst part was they overcharged us they did not honor the expedia price I booked which was 155$ breakfast not included and as mentioned no AC. The average cost per night they billed was 250$. More than the cost of local full service hotels listed on expedia such as the Radisson with AC Spa Restaurant,

Lovely hotel in great area

Beautiful hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Our room was new and modern and large. The bathroom and shower was very nice. The breakfast was amazing with hot and cold items and coffee drinks. The balcony was nice overlooking a park. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
