「Old hotel that needs to be demolished as no care from management. Reception area messy n looks dirty so was the room. Especially d bathroom as I didnt even shower it was disgusting. Too bad I didnt take photo of d room. No tourist should stay there. Bad image for bali. Price was ridiculous compare to other nicer cleaner hotels. 」

「It was decent for the price, definitely last resort but not the worst. It’s in a secluded back street so it’s difficult to find sometimes. Always noisy from machines or pluming. Bring your own towels because they give old bad smelling ones. The people who work there r very nice and helpful and the wifi is great 」

「Great for couples to enjoy a relaxing few days! The suite, staff, food and facilities (including the spa and massages) were perfect. In-room services also include a bartender and floral bath, which can be arranged upon request. All the staff both throughout the hotel, the club and the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. The noise at the club also does not reach the hotel, and either way, the soundproof windows work well. 」

「We can’t say enough good things about this property! We stayed in the poolside rooms and then returned to stay out last night in Bali here. We loved the pool and location to the beach, wonderful staff (esp Annie and Adu!) and the rooms were light, bright and clean. Lots of nice touches abd beautiful gardens. Breakfast was good and changed every day. A short walk to the beach and Potato Head Club just 15 mins walk. We also had facials and massage in the Spa. A little more expensive than in town,...

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose...

「Large space in room. Wifi is kind of slow. Far away from downtown area. Comfortable and relaxing stay for family. 我們這次住宿的是家庭房，三間臥室加客廳，簡易廚房，陽台；房間很大，飯店泳池也不錯。不過，無線上網速度很慢，離市區也有點遠」
