"El hotel en general está bien. Se ve que hay partes que no han terminado de restaurar, pero bien. El único pero que pongo es que los elevadores son muy lentos y cuando se acumula gente la espera puede ser de varios minutos."

"This is my second time staying at Camino Real Acapulco Diamante. The experience was wonderful again. Love the views of Puerto Marquez and the private beach at the hotel. I'm already planning to come back with a friend this time. One thing to note is that there are lots of stairs. For someone with mobility issues it may not be recommended. There are elevators among the hotel rooms but you still need to walk various other stairs to the beach and pools. I was able to rent a kayak and a a jet sky the staff there is great giving pointers and with safety precautions. The waters in this area are calm and these activities are safe here. There are three restaurants. LA Huerta for breakfast, the sports bar and La Vela for dinners. This one is specially beautiful as it overlooks the water."

"Sólo quiero comentar que el personal de recepción no tiene un control de atención al cliente. El check in era a las 3 de la tarde y me entregaron la habitación 85 minutos más tarde. La perilla de la puerta del baño ya se está cayendo. Hubo un día que el personal de limpieza no pasó a la habitación. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente 👌"
