"We stayed a couple of nights here on full board basis. We arrive duting lunch time but no buffet!! They sent us to a pub they have on site and told us to ordet from the menu, went to the pub and we were refused(as we had 3 kids) and sent back to the reception. Then they sent us to the main restaurant and gave us a set menu to order from, the order took 1 HOUR 45MINS to arrive, we left most of the food as we were not hungry anymore. The dinner option was minimal. I understand the situation in the middle east is not ideal right now but why would would sell a product that you can't deliver??? The breakfast was much better and we actually enjoyed. The location of the hotel is really good, pool area was ok, nothing special. The rooms are very small and old but they were clean. Staff were polite but service wasn't good enough. This is a 3 stars hotel at best."

"Bed is very hard, apartment location is terrible in fact there is no address, i was lost for 4 hours looking for this apartment, poor communication. Car parking is horrible, if you have a medium to large car you cannot get in. "
