"Best service at all. The names of each one of the staff members at the Lobby and reception, at the breakfast buffet, rooms, bell rings and bag support are endless. We traveled in family for pleasure with our senior mother and th team was very supportive with her! I don’t really have words to describe the high level devotion for customer service. The location and rooms, amenities and the buildings are exquisite. The restaurants inside the hotel all included even on the last Michelilin Star or awarded as well. "Although the property has gigantic proportions that make it at times unnavigable and makes it feel impersonal this is definitely an Arabian Nights palace with impeccable service and pool areas among the most beautiful in the world - with a private beach! It’s a bit far from everything else but with a unique beach front view to the newest and even more spectacular Sultan palace. I have also checked the Four Seasons which pales in comparison with this"
