The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We made good use of the shower facilities, particularly the large bath, which my wife thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I genuinely could not fault the hotel in any way and would happily recommend it.

Clean room, staff, amenities are all good! Only complaint is the shower/sink water temperature hard to control, too sensitive. If one person is taking shower, another person uses the sink water or even flush the toilet, the show water temperature would change suddenly.

Above all, the staff were wonderful. Everyone was smiling and made an effort to help me catch a taxi. There was a wide variety of food, and it was cooked right in front of me, so I could eat it with peace of mind. It was very fresh and delicious. The room was also clean and wonderful.

I had issues with my key from check in until day two when they had to call in maintenance to change the lock thrice. However, the staff at this hotel are really helpful especially the concierge and the breakfast is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Truly amazing
