「I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again...

「Very comfortable stay. Property looks a bit dated, but it's no-nonsense, has excellent sound isolation, spacious rooms and helpful staff. They could perhaps add some sockets near the bed. Oddly they also provide tea/coffee only at check in, and don't replace these at housekeeping, but that's a minor issue. Drying clothes might be a bit difficult in the bathroom. While the kitchen is functional, there's very little in terms of utensils, so unless one has their own, it's hard to cook. However, the...

「房間似閒置了很久，入住前又沒有再安排清潔一次..地下非常污穢，部份燈泡壞了又沒更換，正常枕頭及墊枕應該各有2個，但得一個正式枕頭及2個墊枕，留字叫房務清潔時給我一個及更換房內燈泡..完全沒做。及後打去reception叫取才送上，亦無hair dryer提供。窗簾看似就甩掉似的..都不敢用力拉埋。 但位置很好，check in/check out服務非常有禮貌。免費停車場出入很方便。」
