「Everything about the hotel was excellent. The only glitch is that the the noise from wave runners in the canal gets amplified due to the building on both sides and gets annoying, but it is no refletion on the hotel itself.」

The only "favor" they extended was a refund for that night's stay, which left me with no choice but to sleep on the street. The next day, when I returned, they insisted that I could only extend one night of my stay instead of refunding me for the night I had to spend outside. This was frustrating, as it seemed unreasonable to change my flight just because of their mistake with the hotel...
