Hotel was okay and apartment very spacious and convenient, however in a non-smoking area the bad smoking small was presence almost all time and got worse during night which I was hard for the kids. Other than that staff was helpful, and room well prepared for a long stay Area has also many options and it is fully walkable.

The cleanliness of the accommodation and the kitchen utensils and utensils are well maintained, the staff are friendly, and the water management of the swimming pool located on the roof is clean. There was no inconvenience during the stay. I have satisfied sufficiently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It would be better if you provide more kitchen appliances such as Toaster, a set of knives of different sizes & spoons of different sizes.

Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und der Küchenbereich ist bequem. Sehr zentral gelegen und umgeben von allem möglichen an Geschäften, Malls und sogar einer 24h Apotheke. Der einzige Nachteil ist der 20 AED Parkplatz pro Tag (Vallet Parking).

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in the UAE!

What an horrible place to stay! The check-in took no less than 45min because they were not able to find a room with a window that closes (the property is really old and seemed to have been poorly maintained). The room was noisy with AC noise all night/day long. The staff was not really able to help much about the issues and they would not even answer the phone when calling from the room. You have to pay an extra to park your car and wait for a while in the morning to pick it up. That was a real disaster for me to stay at this hotel and I would recommend travelers to choose other options within the same price range / area.
