Management respond to any issues (our frying pan needed replacing and they did after I fed it back. Breakfast has a good variety. The restaurant is nothing massively remarkable but a great thing to have close by as there are not many other places to eat in the area within walking distance. 」

「飯店位於山上，地理位置偏遠，但是環境跟戶外景色令人難忘，絕對值得住一晚，飯店內部裝潢很溫馨，飯店櫃檯人員有禮親切，英文溝通能力良好。飯店早餐非常豐盛，選擇相當多。晚上附近沒有餐廳，要開車到附近的小鎮用餐，我們當天是用走的來回，慢慢走一趟時間大約花50分鐘。整體而言住宿經驗令人相當滿意，所看到的美景讓人感動，永生難忘。」

「Having only stayed here for a brief period, arriving after midnight and departing in the morning, I must say the entire experience was truly delightful. The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. The property itself was well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally spacious with lovely views. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was quite tasty.」

The room service was very efficient and arrived quickly. I think the could have used a clock so that when you woke up in the night you knew what time it was and also the hair dryer kept turning off. That was very inconvenient. The front desk staff assisted me with all of my tours and answered all of my questions. All in all it was a very good...
