The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. The communal spaces are truly whimsical and there's something new to spot every time you walk through. 「Beautiful property with plants everywhere. A place to relax and chill amongst butterflies and plants! Staff and kind and attentive. Management respond to any issues (our frying pan needed replacing and they did after I fed it back. Breakfast has a good variety. The restaurant is nothing massively remarkable but a great thing to have close by as there are not many other places to eat in the area within walking distance. 」
