Our flight was before breakfast so they packed us breakfast boxes which was nice. We had amazing rooms out our windows. The bathroom was large and clean. Definitely a great stay for our purpose.」

「We have just had a 3 night stay at the Hotel and it was lovely. When we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and gave us a brief tour, when our room was ready we were again escorted there by a member of reception. The room was a great size with a small patio area overlooking the lush gardens. We had dinner in the restauarant on our first night, which was excellent, service was impeccable. 「My wife and I stayed at Dreams Madeira for 5 nights and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was incredibly spacious, modern and very comfortable. The room had plenty of space to relax and unwind, and it really made our stay feel even more luxurious and enjoyable. One of the highlights for us was the incredible infinity pool overlooking the sea. The views were absolutely stunning and created such a peaceful atmosphere. Sitting by the pool...

「Would not recommend. My reservation was for 2 Twin bed rooms but upon arrival, front desk said their information was for 2 Queen rooms. I had a hard copy of Expedia Reservation but there was only one twin room available and the other room was a Queen. The room smelled like raw sewage. The breakfast room had one coffee machine and the line was 10 people long during breakfast. 」

「This was our second visit to the Savoy Palace and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spotless and the daily cleaning service was very good; in addition, the turn down service was equally good. We ate at 4 of the restaurants at the hotel, each of which had a different style and feel, but the food and staff were excellent in all of them. The highlight was the Galaxy restaurant on the 16th floor. It deserves a Michelin star. We will visit the Savoy Palace again.」
